Description

For a project in my psychology class about Erikson's Stages of Development. We had to write about our life in each stage and have an appropriate image. All anatomy is based off my own at that age, as well as how rats develop.

I said:
"I was, again, more intelligent than my peers. I had trouble relating to other girls, and was rejected by boys due to my being a girl. This was the start of evidence that I was not wired as most females are. My sexuality also became hinted at when I could not relate to anyone’s comments on an actor or actress being “hot”. Combined with my lack of ability to interact with immature individuals, this resulted in my creating my own friends, who would develop into individual identities (DID). My advanced puberty (I started growing breasts in third grade, and went up a cup every year until eighth, getting my period in sixth) did not help me relate with others, either. Additionally, I was deeply involved with Christianity due to my upbringing, and this resulted in my depression worsening due to my supposed sinful nature. Despite this, I was still learning avidly, and very knowledgeable. Though it seems contradictory, I developed industry and inferiority."
